Everyone knows the saying “Communication is key.” – and it’s true!  No matter how easy a plan may seem, in the end it’s the communication that decides whether the collaboration works out or not. The mail / communication module of ConnectOS functions as the center of all communication within the software and all linked platforms. The integrated messaging system allows employees and teams to exchange messages. Additionally e-mails can be directly delivered to the mail / communication module and of course sent from there as well. Not only dos this spare you from managing an additional platform like an e-mail management tool, the mail / communication module is linked with ConnectOS’ directory therefore all the data collected in there can be be directly used with just a few clicks. This little feature contributes a lot in raising efficiency.
